Payment in full is due upon arrival

Schooner Hotel is not responsible for the weather nor area events during any guest stay

Hurricane season: We are open for business unless there is a mandatory evacuation for the hotel issued by Pinellas County Emergency Services. In event of a mandatory evacuation a full refund of deposit will be issued.


ALL rooms are non smoking. There will be a charge of $100 for each violation.


Limited parking is available in front of the hotel. There is ample parking directly across the street for our hotel guests only. We need to be notified if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We have spaces available in front of the hotel for registration and unloading.


Under new ownership, no longer accepting pets.


For a refund (minus a small cancellation fee) you must cancel at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date –no exceptions.

A deposit is required when you make your reservation. Amount required is based upon room type and length of stay.

We are not in business to keep your deposit; however, we do want to stay in business. Deposits protect the hotel against loss of revenue due to cancellations, and guarantees our guests the room they reserved when they arrive.

Changes to your reservation upon arrival which result in a shorter stay is a cancellation of your original reservation. Deposit is then forfeited and balance due will be the full amount of stay.
